Spring is in the air!
The blueberries are budding! Yeah!!!
I got out this weekend and planted spinach, swiss chard, bok choy, broccoli and kale plants. I also seeded the sugar snaps as well as some arugula and bush beans in my cold frames…Here is my baby spinach…
I have a nice sunburned V on my back from my overalls strap. Nice!
Some of the collards were going to seed so I pulled a few plants….we ate some for dinner and I froze a bag as well…still have a few more plants out there.

Friday night we went to the Jewish Mother to see the Unknown Hinson…he was quite a character….we had a great time…good friends, cold beer and a bit of bootie shakin‘! Who could ask for a better weekend.
