Whew…check out the work I got done this weekend…. Last weekend I only used 3 bags of mortar, but realized at the end that the bottles were starting to tilt…this weekend I used almost 6 bags…I’d apply a layer of thin mortar to fill the gaps in between the bottles…then mix up a thick batch [...]

Here they are! I couldn’t be happier with the way they turned out, they look exactly as I imagined them…don’t you love it when that happens. I had contemplated painting them…but have decided the are perfect. The wire I used for the shelves holds my plush critters great..their rear ends nestle right into the squares. [...]
