Even though my savings has now been depleted and my “first born” Johnny B is terminally ill…it is actually OK.
Johnny B is on meds to keep him comfortable and my family and friends openly talk about the reality of the situation and they will all help us through this heartache and keep me in check so I don’t let him go to soon or to late…but I have faith that JB will let me know when he is ready to make the transition.
The savings thing…eh…I am really amazed that I made it this long!! I haven’t gotten a pay check since December 21…I thought I could make it until April but made it to just now! AND still have health insurance. So, although, I am dead broke I am proud of myself. But now I am like “duuude you should have been more careful…you could have made it another few months”….but alas, I was not.
Naive as it may sound to some….I am riding the wave of abundance. I believe that there is plenty to be had in this world and all I have to do is attract it…like attracts like….and remain flexible….because we are all riding the wave of life…
So…I just googled that quote Riding the Wave of Abundance thinking that I was so clever to come up with that…hahaha..but I know better and try and research that kind of thing because I know I am not the only clever soul out there and don’t want to hog all the credit….so yeeeeeah, I am not the only one…this fella, Keith Varnum, wrote a fantastic post on just this topic entitled…Ride The Wave of Abundance…he sums it up quite nicely.
Today I am back writing after a little urging from friends….I revamped the site…made it the same layout as The Creative Wedge’s…figured it would be easier for me if both were set up the same…less for me to think about when posting. I think I am in a good place to start again…feeling my creative juices flowing again…my mind is stimulated at the thought of producing art again and you know I like to document that stuff so you can see my work evolve…I also need to flex the writing muscles since I have The Creative Wedge’s blog to work on and am going to start contributing to a local publication Great Neck Living.
Well, I need to get up off my rear end and go pack my lunch….like I should have been doing to the last two months…could have saved a few bucks! LOL Kidding…lunch out was good while it lasted but I am perfectly capable of feeding myself for half the cost.
Have a great day folks!
